This highly successful, well established developer is working on existing IP as well as an exciting new project, so is looking to expand its creative team. They have an opening for a self-motivated and well organised individual, who works well with a team and is driven to produce the best possible results. You cannot just a player of games, the team is in need of someone who is driven to fully understand their internal workings and use that knowledge to win.

As a designer you will be responsible for creating, documenting and communicating design features, whist fine tuning game play elements and working closely with the development team to resolve any issues.

To apply you will have proven ability to design engaging gaming experiences, with a good technical understanding of the development process and the restrictions of various consoles. Educated to degree level (with at least a 2:1), you will be passionate about computer games with an interest in PC/console, strategy, RPG board and tabletop war games. You will need proven industry experience with experience of console development and at least one published title under your belt.

Above all you will be a highly motivated team player, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In return you can expect an excellent package and the opportunity for further career development.
