years of experience, and strong analytical skills.



1. Excellent knowledge of JAVA, J2EE

2. Excellent knowledge of architecture design and data modeling

3. Excellent knowledge of design patterns.

4. Excellent knowledge of relational databases.

5. JSP, Servlets, EJB, STRUTS

6. Good communication.

7. Team Lead skills are a plus.
