We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant for an ER/Fast Track setting in southern Kentucky. Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. Physician on site. Schedule will be 3/12 hr shifts – Tu., Wed., Th., from noon till midnight. Estimated patient volume is 25 per shift. Compensation will be $75-90k+ and a comprehensive benefit package with 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, and 5 days paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus.

Compensation: $75-90k+
