In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing product development including, but not limited to, identifying surgeon needs and translating them into detailed product specifications, product and component design, assisting in packaging design, assessment of vendors, sourcing of raw materials and components, documentation of design, product testing, process validation, assistance with regulatory filings and manufacturing engineering. Candidate must be "hands-on" and be comfortable in lab environment. Candidate will also lead project teams and work with QA, RA, MFG, Marketing, Sales and Finance to obtain market approval and commercialization of Class I, II, III medical devices in field of vascular surgery. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, 4-7 years equivalent work experience in a related field, Medical device experience, Stent design and deployment experience, Strong computer skills - CAD and SolidWorks
