Job Title R & D Portfolio and Process Admin Mgr External Job Description The R&D Portfolio & Process Administration Manager has responsibility for administration of the HPRC (Hospira Product Review Committee) process, including the monthly HPRC meetings & the bi-annual portfolio reviews that include senior management from all business units globally. The incumbent will be an in-house champion & project leader of new processes utilized by Product Development such as Valuation Enchancement & MFAST & will be responsible for fully implementing these processes for R&D development projects globally. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation & maintenance of the systems & tools that are used by the Process Administration/Program Management Office(PMO)to manage the R&D Portfolio, HPRC process & R&D budgeting & resource allocation, including the integrity of the data generated from these systems. Skills/Experience Education/Certification Bachelor' degree required; Master's or PhD preferred. A minimum of 5 - 7 years in product development, program management, commercial, or related area is required. Professional certification in PMI or PDMA is a plus.
