Team Leader
Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the Team’s individual target/Unit Qualitative and Quantitative targets are met. Maintaining and Reporting the Periodic MIS to the Manager Call Center.
* Ensuring High levels of Motivation among team members and facilitating performance that meets the Organization's expectations.
* Should have a flair for sales and motivating the team members towards achieving higher benchmarks on cross-sell.
* Call escalations and Callbacks wherever required.
* Call Roster Planning and leave planning to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
* Ensuring timely dissemination of relevant information to the team and application of the same for appropriate call handling.
* Checking of Reports to ensure compliance with laid down processes and guidelines for the unit & judicious use of financial waiver matrix.
* Mystery Checking and Mock Calls to ensure consistent and seamless quality & Suggesting Changes in Processes to accommodate Customer/Business requirements
Requirements
* Candidate must be a Graduate from a reputed institution
* Excellent and Preferably Multilingual Communication Skills(oral & written )
* Good Interpersonal Skills
* 1-3 years of similar experience in Customer Services Industry preferably in a team leader role
* Computer Literacy.
CSE
Responsibilities
* Self sourcing for CASA and others.
* CSE is responsible for resolution to the customer problems.
* Maintain the DSR.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained and responses are sent within the set turn around time.
Requirements
* Graduate with minimum of 1-2 years overall experience. Preferably some experience in Customer Service
* Knowledge about current and saving account opening process preferable
* Should have good oral & written communications skill.
Tele Sales Officer
Responsibilites
* Business sourcing through tele sales.
* Maintain the business details of teams.
* Ensure the quality standards and KYC are maintained by each business logins.
* Cross checking and maintaining the database of follow ups and upcoming business.
Requirements
* Graduate with minimum of 1-2 years overall experience. Preferably some experience in Customer Service.
* Knowledge about Banking Products.
* Should have good oral & written communications skill.
